Thanksgiving is just a few weeks away and we’re getting ready. For us at Faith Mission, it’s more than a single meal or even a single day.

It’s the first time many who visit the Mission will learn about our services for those who need food, shelter and care. For others, it will be the first time they will learn about our Training Faithful Men and Training Faithful Women programs for men and women whose lives have been destroyed by drugs and alcohol.

Your gift to our 2008 Thanksgiving Campaign will help touch hundreds of lives this Thanksgiving season. Some of these folks have nowhere else to turn. They’re depending on us, and we're depending on our generous supporters like you!

This Thanksgiving season we’ll:

• Serve more than 37,500 meals to hungry men, women and children.
• Provide over 9,500 nights of safe shelter for homeless people.

It costs just $1.79 to provide one hot meal. A gift of $26.85 can feed 15 hungry people and a gift of $51.91 will help even more.
